SONset Gentle Flow
Appropriate for all experience levels, even those new to mat and just beginning their practice of Christ-centered yoga. Designed to de-stress your mind, build core strength, reinforce base poses and postures and allows time for breath in each pose to achieve proper alignment and a way to relax. The introduction of flowing the poses together allows for a noticeable change in your body and mind when you leave the mat. Great addition on rest days for athletes or runners! 1hr.
Benefits of this practice can include learn emotional regulation skills through connection with the breath and increased body awareness, increased flexibility, reduce stress, reduce pain and joint strain, relieve anxiety and depression, creates mindfulness, find out where you hold stress in your body, boosts immune system, quiets the mind, clearer thinking, healing to emotional pain, overall sense of balance for the body, mind and spirit.

SONrise Gentle Flow

Build core strength, reinforce base poses and postures and allows time for breath in each pose to achieve proper alignment. Focus on backbends and heart openers. The introduction of flowing the poses together allows for a noticeable change in your body and mind when you leave the mat. Great addition on rest days for athletes or runners! 1 hr.

Rest & Restore
Restful and restorative, this class is an easily approachable class comprised of poses mostly seated or laying on your mat. Through breath work, slow stretches, and mediation, with the use of various props to aid in relaxation and a reduction of stress, you are invited into a tranquil and intimate encounter with the Lord.
Benefits of a restorative yoga practice; slows down the pace of life, calming to nervous system (relax at the cellular level), deepens self-awareness, creates mindfulness, full and deep stretching for pain relief, enhance flexibility, notice where you hold stress, boosts your immune system, quiets your mind, helps with healing emotional pain, helps with deeper connection in meditation. Come to the feet of the Lord and find REST.

Power Flow
An energizing class that allows for moderate to advanced poses to flow together seamlessly creating a challenging but fun class that will work up a sweat. 1hr.
Benefits of a power flow: Strengthening your heart and lungs, building stronger bones and muscles, aids in weight loss, improved sleep, boosting energy levels, increased flexibility, increased balance, increased endurance, increased awareness of breath/body/mind connection, get your workout in!
